When you remember me, it means that you have carried something of who I am with you, that I have left some mark on who I am on who you are. It means that you can summon me back to your mind even though countless years and miles may stand between us. It means that if we meet again, you will know me, and hear my voice and speak to me in your heart. For as long as you remember me, I am never entirely lost. ~Frederick Buechner Charlie, you will ALWAYS be with us.

He was my godfather and was killed when I was two. I barely got to know him. I'm glad all of you did. I do know that his birthday was not in November. Rather, he was born January 30, 1963. I miss him a lot. Love you, Uncle Charlie! Xox, Luisa

I had the pleasure of knowing Charlie and working with him for a short while. I also had the assignment of being the first mos at the Oddo home the very next morning and as hard as that was I found that this family was truly remarkable. You can always tell a person by the the family that they grow up in and the enviroment that they are raised. What a truly special family of a truly special young man.God Rest his soul and Bless the Oddo Family, for they have truly blessed us with their friendship and kindness.

I stood next to Charlie in the Police Academy. I remember him as a smart kindhearted man. We had a good time during our academy time. I would see him from time to time in the field and he was always smiling. It has been 22 years since the Police Academy Charlie and I remember you.

Charlie you will always be remembered in my heart and mind. I can't believe that it has been 20 years and I still miss out fun times together weather it was taking 17 hours to fix my bosses car or driving an ambulance with you as the EMT. I also will never forget how you helped me and my beautiful wife move in to our new house on the 16th of February 1996 . God bless you my dear friend and Angel to many people out there . Thanks for everything that you have done .
